About Avianca Brazil Airways

Avianca Brazil is a Brazilian airline, which was founded in 1998 as OceanAir and started operating as Avianca Brazil in 2010. The airline operates services to 25 destinations from its hubs, Brasília and São Paulo-Guarulhos. Its focus cities include the Rio de Janeiro-Galeão, Rio de Janeiro-Santos Dumont, São Paulo-Congonhas and Salvador da Bahia. Avianca Brazil is a member of the Star Alliance and has a subsidiary by the name of Avianca Brazil Cargo. It is headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil and is owned by the parent company, Synergy Group.
